Collaborative Suite

The collaborative Suite brings together Nextcloud, Mail, Office, calendars, contacts, Talk and teamwork tools in an instance dedicated to your organisation, hosted in Switzerland and administered by UP-NETWORK.

Users and storage

The base configuration includes five users and 100 GB of shared storage. The configurator lets you expand the team to 100 users and storage to 8 TB. Files, documents and email use a shared quota.

Full internal accounts, including administrators, count towards the plan. Guests have limited access to shared items, without a mailbox or a paid seat.

Included features

• Files, synchronisation, sharing, versions and trash.

• One email mailbox per user, with Nextcloud Mail or IMAP/SMTP access.

• Collaborative editing of documents, spreadsheets and presentations.

• Calendars, contacts, Deck, Tasks, Forms and Notes.

• Chat, audio, video and screen sharing with Talk; meeting capacity is validated according to your needs.

Division of responsibilities

You administer users, groups, content, shares and settings for your organisation. UP-NETWORK manages Linux, Nextcloud, the database, Redis, Mail, Office, Talk, SSL, monitoring, backups and platform updates. You have no root access or control over operating system settings; additional applications must be validated.

Backups are taken daily with seven days of retention. Versions and trash allow user-level recovery; backups support recovery after an incident.

The plan page advertises a 99.9% SLA and an initial response within two hours during opening days and hours. This response time is not a resolution time.

Configuration of a custom domain is included; its purchase and renewal are separate. Migration and SSO integration require a quote. Standard SwissShield is included; permanent scrubbing is optional.
