Plans include two C13 power feeds on separate circuits and an SFP+ port with burst up to 10 Gb/s. Connectivity can be upgraded through UP-Connect.
The stated power allowance is included. Measured excess consumption is billed at the rate published on the Housing page, currently CHF 0.40/kWh. Check the offer for prices, the billing period and options.
Remote administration
An RJ45 iLO/iDRAC port is included, with a private IPv4 address and VPN access. Additional ports and use of your management switch must be agreed with the team. Do not make a management interface directly accessible from the Internet.
Prepare for installation
Provide the form factor, dimensions, electrical requirements, network interfaces and access constraints. Specify your requirements for cross-connects, IP addresses, BGP and on-site intervention. The team confirms the time slot and procedures.
Monitoring, maintenance, hands & eyes and backup operations depend on the chosen scope. Physical hosting does not automatically include administration of your hardware’s operating system.
The SLA page lists Housing among the services with 99.9% availability by default; specific commitments for managed Housing are formalised in the offer and contract.
