Ordering and payment
Order a VPS or web hosting
Choose your plan on the UP-NETWORK website and open its configurator.
Select the billing period, resources and options you need.
For web hosting, enter an existing domain or choose a new registration.
Log in when prompted; complete two-factor authentication if it is enabled.
Check the summary, then continue to the BILLmanager cart.
Review the amount, taxes, periods and terms before confirming and paying.
New VPS orders go through the website configurator. A VPS button in the BILLmanager catalogue may redirect you there: follow this process to keep the configuration and price consistent.
Adding an item to the cart does not mean that a service has been paid for or delivered. Check its status in the client portal after confirmation.
Other services
VDS, network solutions, Housing, collaborative Suites and dedicated configurations on request may lead to a quote request. The scope, eligibility and timeframe are then confirmed before activation. For a dedicated server, stock and configuration determine the available process.
Understand the amounts
Prices are displayed in CHF excluding VAT. A “per month” price with annual payment is a monthly equivalent; the full period is billed. Promotions, setup fees and options may have their own conditions.
For eligible VPS plans, the available periods are daily, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annually. BASIC Intel Micro is annual only. Daily billing requires prepaid credit of at least CHF 2.50. The cart is authoritative for the amounts applicable to your account.
If an order fails, keep the message and time, check the cart before trying again, then contact support.
