Invoices, renewal and cancellation

The financial management of your services takes place in BILLmanager. Your subscription details specify its billing period, due date and billed options.

Check an invoice

Compare the service, period, options, VAT and any setup fees with your order. A monthly equivalent price and the amount of an annual invoice do not use the same unit.

For a domain, the registration price may differ from the renewal price. For web hosting, the introductory offer applies to the first three monthly payments under the conditions stated on the website; it is not the ongoing rate.

Payment methods and any processing fees are displayed during the payment process. Use this information for your current invoice.

Prepare for a renewal

Check the due date, renewal setting and required balance or payment. For domains, plan sufficiently far ahead: expiry, recovery and minimum periods depend on the extension and its registry.

Cancel or change a service

Open the service in the client portal and check the available actions and their effective dates. Back up any data you need to keep before deletion or the end of the service. Cancelling hosting does not automatically transfer a domain name or email service.

If a resource or billing period change is not available in your interface, ask support whether it is possible before ordering a second service.

The general terms and conditions and your plan’s terms define the applicable arrangements. This page explains where to manage your subscription; it does not create new refund or suspension rules.
