Your accounts and management portals
Each portal has a distinct role. Use the access details provided when your service was delivered.
Services, cart, invoices, payments, client account and tickets.
VPS operations: console, power controls, reinstallation, IP addresses and snapshots according to your plan.
Plesk
Websites, email, files, DNS and backups for your web hosting. The address is provided with your access details.
Nextcloud
Your organisation’s collaborative Suite, at the address provided during provisioning.
Komodo
Applications and containers on your Managed VDS, according to the access details delivered.
Open the address of the relevant portal and use the corresponding account. Access to the billing account does not replace access to your server’s operating system.
To create an account or recover a password, use the forms available in BILLmanager. If you have enabled two-factor authentication, also complete the security code verification.
When ordering a VPS or web hosting, the login form may appear directly in the configurator. You then continue to the BILLmanager cart. The website’s former /client pages redirect to this client portal.
Protect your access
Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available. Create individual accounts for your colleagues. Keep recovery information in a safe place; do not attach it to a routine ticket.
If an account or service is missing, open a ticket identifying the service concerned, without sharing your password.
